Full Transparency
Here’s the fine print—without the fine-print feel. Each service plan includes standard sanitizer, muriatic acid, and alkalinity adjustments needed to maintain healthy water. Other balancing chemicals are billed only when needed. Items like calcium and stabilizer (CYA) are typically stable and often added just once or twice per year, so it wouldn’t be fair to bundle those costs into every monthly service.
Specialty treatments—such as algaecides (including PoolRx), phosphate removers, and similar products—are recommended and billed separately, and only when your pool truly needs them.

When service begins, we’ll walk you through how everything works so expectations are clear from day one. There are no long-term contracts, and you’re free to cancel at any time.
